(конвенция Международной организации труда; расширяет круг обязательств государств по устранению принудительного труда и дополняет конвенцию № 29 запретом принудительного труда как средства политического или идеологического насилия; запрещаются следующие виды принудительного труда: в качестве средства политического воздействия или воспитания или в качестве меры наказания за наличие или выражение политических взглядов или идеологических убеждений, противоположных положениям установленной политической, социальной или экономической системы; в качестве метода мобилизации и использования рабочей силы для нужд экономического развития страны; в качестве средства для поддержания трудовой дисциплины; в качестве средства наказания за участие в забастовке; в качестве меры дискриминации по признакам расовой, национальной, социальной принадлежности, вероисповедания и религиозной принадлежности)
